there still appears to be an issue with the rebin of event mode data taken on let. 
The let file http://trac.mantidproject.org/mantid/ticket/4181 has an intrinsic width of 1.6us. I've run rebin on the data at 1.6 and 2 (see the attachments) which highlight the issue.
I've attached the python script to recreate the workspaces I imagine that other instruments on TS2 that are running the dae2.5 event mode ICP will not see these issues as they are generally running with a coarser width

The version of mantid was 1.32.522
Rob has tried the same process with a later build an sees the same effects.
