MUON: Various improvements to way files are loaded in muon analysis. #5938

Current file should be displayed in the box when first loaded.
Previous and next buttons should work when the user has loaded the current run.
If a file can't be found have a suitable error message and return to last known working data set. (Blank if first data set).
Remove need for network check within Muon Analysis and move into FileFinder.
Stop fatal error when making a range like this example "MUSR0000001-MUSR0000003".
