SANS: Update Trans Fit in Analysis tab #6216

Update the Trans Fit part of the Analysis tab:

The Trans Fit tick - now has the meaning of turning on (when clicked) or off Trans fit (taking over the previously hidden 'Off' option from the combobox)
Include a "Use" tickbox which has the functionality of the previous Trans Fit tickbox
remove the combobox 'off' option

to include a "Use" tickbox which take over the
less obvious
