Minor suggestions: PeaksWorkspace plot overlay for non-integrated workspaces

While testing http://trac.mantidproject.org/mantid/ticket/6279 I found that:

• As expected checking the 'show background' box does nothing as it has not been integrated - Should be disable this for non-integrated workspaces?
• And similarly for the background colour, should be disable the control for non-integrated workspaces?
• If you remove the peaks list the window stays quite wide with the big grey space where the peaks list was - When the last list has been removed should be shrink the panel?

These are not major and should not hold up 2.4, assigned to 2.5.
