Since a PeaksWorkspace can have data from more than one run, the workspace needs to support having multiple goniometer objects. Unfortunately this will have large effects as it will either need to be that a single Run object holds multiple goniometers, or that a workspace can have multiple Run objects.

Could you suggest a design for how this would work?
We would need to consider how that would interact with all the various tools we have already built.
