This ticket is blocks : TRAC6146, TRAC6620

Add these options

  • Dry run option
  • Bad editors option
  • Config cache option

Dry run should allow the wiki maker to be run without actually pushing any changes to the wiki. Off by default)

Bad editors option should produce a file containing the names and algorithms which differ between the wiki and the source code. Off by default.

Config cache should be Off by default. This is for security purposes since passwords and usernames are stored in plain text in the *.ini file.
