This ticket is blocks : TRAC6632

  1. Create doc for the new SANSWideAngleCorrection algorithm
  2. How does this algorithm compare with theta-dependent transmission algorithms used at sns?

For info a copy of email from Mathieu:

We do apply a theta-dependent transmission correction. Look at the ApplyTransmissionCorrection algorithm.
The formula is here: http://www.mantidproject.org/HFIR_SANS
It's a little different from yours, so you should look at the details. I think I took my correction from Brulet et al, J Appl. Cryst. (2007) 40, 165-177.
