Original Reporter: Russell Taylor

The message is:
'Failed to find help system collection file "mantid.qhc"t'

The sqldriver plugins may also need installing (see http://trac.mantidproject.org/mantid/ticket/6795).

Also need to re-enable building the help pages (reverting work of http://trac.mantidproject.org/mantid/ticket/7027)
