Bars and Scatter 3D plots don't work for mantid matrices

We should either make them work or remove the options form the 3D plot menu.

I was just about to open a ticket for this but found this one.

If we end up removing the options from the 3D Plot menu instead of fixing it, then we also need to remove the relevant entries from the Format menu, too. Plotting a 3D Polygon graph and then changing the style gives us some pretty weird results:
