In help pages for algorithms and fit functions, add links to the appropriate doxygen/sphinx pages at the bottom of the page. The link should be at the bottom of the page and the functionality should be added to wikimaker_tools.py.

As part of this task, remove the links that some people have put to these in the bottom of the in-code wiki documentation.
