Create a new version of SANSadd2.py

There are lots of places to improve. Here a small list:

• Loading file just once (now it can load more than 2 times for event data)
• Use file finder instead of trying to create the names for the files.
• Improve the loading part
• Improve the support for event files.
• Use a more new api flavor script.
