This ticket is blocked by :

At present ConvertToFullprof assumes the fitting function is IkedaCaraptenterPV. Allow it from the NPROF number or by other means to determine whether the fitting function is BackToBackExponenential.

This will require LoadFullprofResolution to support profile 9, which will be the case after http://trac.mantidproject.org/mantid/ticket/8096 is closed.
