[IBayes] Stretch plotting

New ticket from Spencer regarding better plotting of the output from Stretch:

Routine QuestRun

• Lines 723-736 - new method to createWS & change axis units
• Lines 755-6 & 759-60 - also change xaxis units

with this change Colour Fill plots of *_Contour WS will work. It is best to look at the higher spectra - these have more info. Increasing Nsig& Nbet to say 200 will also give better plots, but the program will take 16 times as long as using the default values of 50.

Routine QuestPlot

• Lines 778-781 - changed to use plotGraph2D for contour plots

The plots will look a bit odd - this is because the xvalues for the histograms are different.
