This ticket is blocks : TRAC8236

This works fine for a single stretched exponential, but when trying to use two it throws an error.

ValueError: No indices given to plot
  at line 11 in '`<Interface>`'
  caused by line 847 in '/opt/Mantid/scripts/Inelastic/IndirectDataAnalysis.py'
  caused by line 803 in '/opt/Mantid/scripts/Inelastic/IndirectDataAnalysis.py'
  caused by line 210 in '/opt/Mantid/bin/mantidplot.py'
