The following is purely for StartLiveData kicked-off internally by the isis reflectometry gui. This is not a problem with StartLiveData in general:

The current run display has an odd behaviour. At first it seems to
run ok, though it generates a load of additional unwanted workspaces.
But if called again, it fails. Also, the naming of the output
workspaces is inconsistent with a normal run, so stitching fails.
Ideally we'd like to generate workspaces named 0_IvsLam, 0_IvsQ and
0_IvsQ_binned
