[FEATURE] Integrate - Changing mapping doesn't save without mlHubDeployUserArtifacts

change mapping, run flow, it reverts mapping to previous if it hasn't been deployed yet. workaround is to use gradle to redeploy the updated mapping. can we do this automatically so no gradle required?
