Rendering bugs?

I was playing on the testing server and while standing still in a certain spot on the last map we were on (I forget the name), I saw some weird flickering that looked possibly like polygon stretching, though the polygons were not black. This occurred on Windows with the latest AMD drivers, however, I'm not sure if I will be able to reproduce this consistently. I didn't capture any footage or screenshots because I didn't have any capture software ready.

I also had a weird white distortion/fog effect on Barnblitz. I recorded a demo but the issue doesn't happen there.

It's a Mojave Mac with the official NVIDIA drivers tied to the OS, so if it's the same bug it's definitely not an AMD or DirectX/OpenGL quirk.

Going to the same position on the map that I saw it occur, I suspect it was some playermodel polygon stretching through walls, though I cannot confirm this.
