Feature Request: "User is still logged in" warning on shutdown

Hi there.
I would like to make a feature request for there to be a warning that another user is still logged in when someone attempts to shutdown the system. It could present a confirmation box that says something like "Other users are still logged into this computer. If you choose to shutdown the computer now, these users may loss their data. Are you sure you want to continue?" and give the user an OK and Cancel button to press.

Could this feature be implemented?
