some of us use "yolk -U" to pick up new versions of python packages (e.g. for packaging in fink). I noticed that 1.1.0 is still listed as the latest in pypi. Any chance that you could add a pypi release to the matplotlib release processes?

Thanks!

Grrr, we keep missing this step. @jdh2358, we keep meaning to increase the number of devs with the keys to do this.

I'm working with John to get a copy of the key made ;)

Just to update this bug -- I now have access and am working on this. Unfortunately, I'm getting 504's back from PyPI today.

I'm still getting 504's trying to get to the matplotlib admin page on PyPI. I will try and report this as a bug with PyPI.

PyPI seems to be working again, and I was able to upload the tarball.
