@ChrisBeaumont, Thank you. It looked OK, and I did not see any reason to let it languish here with no attention, so I manually merged and pushed it. I don't know why github did not want to handle it with the green button. |

I noticed that both the "classic" Navigation Toolbar and
projection_factorycode are deprecated, and marked for removal in 1.3. However, they aren't yet removed. This PR does that.
