DOC: "Customizing matplotlib" should mention style sheets #4508

Fixes #4507.

Also note that there was a missing ` character, causing some of the regular text to appear monospace.

It is only temporary with in the context managers.

Or until you restart matplotlib; in IPython, they are only specific to that notebook. Point taken, though, I'll try and reword.
