Usage:
------

require 'lib/raffle'

>> raffle.participants
=> ["Patrick", "Ryan", "Jordan", "Tom", "Chris", "Rob", "Sam", "Matt"]

>> raffle.pick_a_winner
=> "Tom"

>> raffle.participants
=> ["Patrick", "Ryan", "Jordan", "Chris", "Rob", "Sam", "Matt"]

(note that tom has been removed from the participants list)

use #teasing_mode to go though the entire list of losers before giving away the winner's name
