I'm not sure if you are ok with me using this code. I noticed that it has copyright text at the top and didn't want to use it if I'm not allowed to.

Hi Scott,

If you're just using that class alone, yes, it's fine. :)

If you're using the whole of MGTwitterEngine, please include an attribution, as the license asks.
