Deleting domain from filesystem which is selected in a "configuration" causes problems #1

To reproduce:

Make a domain in domains directory
Add domain to test configuration
Create a backup... works fine
Delete the domain directory from filesystem
Examine test configuration or attempt backup of test configuration

Workaround:
Edit the configuration in the 'configurations' panel and save it again.
