API Media Upload add an optional user parameter to set the owner of the video

Describe the feature you'd like
There should be an addition user parameter for added to media_create and media_update at the very least. I am building a utility around downloading videos using yt-dlp so kids can safely view videos without all the adds and other inappropriate content. But the inability to set the user has thrown a small wrench in the process.

Describe alternatives you've considered
I am looking at updating the database directly in the meantime via a script. If anyone has any better ideas I would really appreciate it.
