I checked my application for accessibility and encountered that NVDA reads the time format of the rail as "2:30" as "two thirty" while for the youtube video player it is always the right format. This is achieved by formatting the aria-valueText to something like "2 minutes 30 seconds" instead of the format present in mediaelement.js.
