Only on Android HLS playback sometimes seems to freeze video while playing audio

Steps to reproduce the problem:

1. Visit https://www.mediaelementjs.com/ on Android Chrome
2. Scroll down to "Video Player" Select"HLS"
3. Use the video playback control bar to move around the video time, sometimes very commonly it will freeze video and only audio will be playing.

This works find in PC chromium, PC other browsers, iOS, and MacOS.
Not sure if this is a mediaelementjs bug or a chromium bug, but it seems from the mediaelementjs github issues this problem has been ongoing for quite a while, suggesting regardless of cause a fix or workaround from the mediaelementjs might be a good idea.

See video capture below at timestamp at 00:58, everything after that video is frozen but audio is playing and video timestamp shows the video is playing.

I am facing the same issue. I see no reply on recent issues. Is this library not maintained anymore?
