Use x/y/z-axis Rotate toolbar icons on a selected model

Presently you cannot use the x/y/z-axis Rotate toolbar icons to rotate a model.

In XY View clicking the z-axis Rotate toolbar icon should rotate by -90 (this is a clock-wise rotation), IIRC. In code it would do a angle -=90 to the angle key.

Todo: Figure out exactly what v1.5 does in these cases, and duplicate that behavior.
