This program is the simulation process of the paper entitled "To Measure the Perimeter of an Ellipse Using Image Processing and Mathematical Reasoning" published by ARC Publications Pvt. Ltd. on 23 October 2017.
The program is developed with C++ codes in Dev-C++ 4.9.9.2.
The library "graphics.h" should be configured in Dev-C++.
