Free loop-length mode for action recording

Currently the free record mode (free loop-length mode) is available only for audio recording. It would be great to have the same feature also for action recording.

Use case: map some samples to keyboard keys or MIDI, press "record actions" in free loop-length mode, start the performance, press "record action" again to finalize the recording. Giada will adjust the bpm value to the performance length and place the recorded actions at the right frame.
