Important details:

Only reproducing for Account and Help Center options;

Version/build found in:

2.23.0 (2.202405161752);

Reproducible on:

Windows 10;

Prerequisites:

Have the Mozilla VPN client installed;
Be logged into Stage;
Have the Narrator/Screen reader on;

Steps to reproduce:

Using the keyboard navigate to navbar Settings option;
Select Settings option;
Navigate to first option - Accounts
Hear the Narrator;
Navigate to Help - Help Center
Hear the Narrator;

Expected result:

Step 4: “Account” menu option is read;
Step 6: “Help Center” menu option is read;

Actual results:

Step 4: “Settings Account” is read;
Step 6: “Help Help Center” is read;

Notes:

Not reproducing on macOS;
