Configure max size on certain fields

Hello,
I think it would be nice to be able to configure a max size on certain fields (especially the stack trace field). In graylog a field can't be more than 32k otherwise the entire log is discarded. An option to enable truncation of a field at a certain size could be used to at least save the log.
