Advanced search not working?

This got a little weird. I think a little bit of on-screen explanation of the advanced search might be useful. I checked one box in each category and got this search string:

http://health-orb.org/search/advanced/results/?license=82&language=119&health_topic=1&q=&audience=57&device=8&resource_type=19&geography=7

The result was I got was over 200 resources—a bit overwhelming. I expected the Advanced Search to narrow the results based on all of my choices (something in Amharic and related to family planning, for example). To have to then page through 11 pages of results mousing over the little language icons looking for the word “Amharic” was not useful. It also looks like the search string might have been truncated?—there’s nothing in there about license or device, even though I checked boxes for those.
