[24 Hour Inputs] Euro style time processing

Currently shows are edited using the US time standards (am/pm).
However for European users this can be confusing to use.

@EastOne57 We inherited the plugin with the inputs done like this. The display outputs we have managed to change so far. But it is a lot more work to be able to change all the editing inputs. Not to say we won't do it, as we've had a few requests on this front now... but it hasn't been a priority yet.
