Describe the bug
Upon editing a show and clicking the UPDATE button, it ticks all show schedule entries and ticks the DISABLED box (and stores that value)

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behaviour:

  1. Go to show and edit
  2. Make a change to the title (for example)
  3. Click UPDATE
  4. See error

Expected behavior
Show schedule entries shouldn't be disabled by default.

@andyb2000 I haven't been able to reproduce this behaviour yet... it seems to work fine for me. However, it could be a bug with a particular version... can you let me know which version you are using when you experience this?

Apologies, forgot to put version info. It's v2.5.7

If I edit the title or show description I can confirm this happens, please see screen recording:

Hi @majick777 , any luck on spotting this issue as I have a few presenters struggling with it?

@andyb2000 No luck reproducing this as yet. In 2.5.7 I added an option to disable the shift conflict checker. Can you turn this off and confirm if this resolves the issue or not? Then send us an email to support@netmix.com with some login details so we can try to debug what is If this is causing the issue for your install.

@andyb2000 we haven't received a response to the question @majick777 posed. If this goes unresponded to for a few more days, we'll have to close this ticket.

Sorry for the delay getting back to you.
In settings I unticked "Shift Conflict Checker" and did the same modification, same issue, all of the shows schedule entries get the "Disabled" box ticket and I have to go in, untick them all and click UPDATE.

@andyb2000 So updating works the second time but not the first? This is pretty strange, I'd really suggest that you provide us some login details to support@netmix.com so that I can debug the issue. FTP details would also speed up the process massively.

@andyb2000 Have you tried disabling all plugins and switching the theme to a base WordPress Theme like 2024 to check and see if it's a conflict with another plugin or something unique you have on your site that doesn't exist on other sites in our field of view?

Hi Guys, I am also seeing this in version 2.5.9 (with conflict checker disabled) and have seen it for a few weeks now. I can provide logins if required, would this be useful?

TIA!
