Infer bp_version_suffix from -- target-distribution option

It would be nice if I could just say "-d jessie-backports" and the version suffix would be set to "~bpo80+1" by default (unless other option override it). As it now, you apparently have to set both independently, at least I get "~bpo60+1" out of the box.
