The "Sync now" is very misleading when used while sync is paused. I would expect it to just sync all the files from all connected folders and keep sync paused afterwards. This is not what happens. What I see instead is that it turns on sync, but just for the "My Documents" folder.

Press "sync now" button:
Sync for "My Documents" (and just for "My Documents") is enabled:
I currently just use "Resume sync for all" followed by "Pause sync for all", but I expected "Sync now" to behave like this as well.

The reason I pause sync is because Nextcloud isn't happy when I edit files that it tracks and gets me into all sorts of conflicts. I'm thus forced to manually sync, when I'm not editing. (Fixing the underlying issue of not being able to keep sync active is a different discussion, not for this issue.)
