Feature description

If would like to be able to configure (or switch off) certain notifications (e.g. "Network unreachable"). At least on KDE (but I suppose on Linux in general) it is possible to configure notifications to your needs, I am taking advantage of it. The desktop client does not support it however, i can only turn on or off notifications in general, which is not good.

Notifications are generally a sensitive topic, and reducing unnecessary (which to some degree is also an individual thing) ones is important to reduce distractions.

@tobiasKaminsky I agree they can be annoying, can we schedule this?

This would be useful for me — my unRAID server stops the Docker container briefly each night to take a clean backup of the config data, which means I have to dismiss a "no connection" notification each morning. I'd love to be able to turn those off (or set a threshold so that it only appears if the connection has been gone for more than 10 minutes).
