Create a build for 16.04 in the official PPA.

major issue with this:
you a force building FREE. You should check if ugly and bad gstreamer plgins(since you use them) are installed and if so, use them for MP3, etc. Ima Linus: I dont want FREEDOM or NON-FREE forced on me. MY choice.

as i was: clearly fluendo is installed and this is not x86 but x64 linux.. trunk build:
libgstflump3dec.so dependency missing --result is no mp3 playback when built.
