Framebuffer support for the LF1000/Pollux SoC.

This is a modified version of the nonfunctional file drivers/video/lf1000fb.c 
from the LF 2.6.31 source tree (LF-Linux-6905-20100610-0915) 
enabled for Didj and Leapster Explorer by nirvous.
