Issue

The alternative, slightly truncated form of U+A9BF JAVANESE CONSONANT SIGN CAKRA is used when there is a subjoined consonant. Many subjoined consonants are not wide enough to make the truncation necessary to avoid overlap. Should U+A9BF take its full form in such contexts?
