Does not support multiple scripts with the same file basename #290

What?

Currently peltak doesn't allow multiple scripts with the same name, even if they are in a separate directories. One of them will fail with No such command 'XXX'.. An example scripts structure that doesn't work:

scripts/
  docs/
    build.sh
  docker/
    build.sh

Calling either peltak docs build or peltak docker build will fail with the error above.
