After installing NuProj for VS 2017, I added a new NuGet project to an existing solution. I made no changes to it except to add references to the other projects that should be in the package. Then I tried to build it, and got this:
error MSB4057: The target "_NuProjGetProjectClosure" does not exist in the project.

I can confirm the exact same issue. Added a new reference to a long existing project, and blam!
Nobody on the contribution team has commented about this in almost a year?
In a different issue, there are a couple suggested answers.
Try adding NuGet package for NuProj.Common to your nuproj project.
