potentially implement in NVDA the ability to start automatically on systems and/or the ability to start up at the log-in prompt.

You do mention the ability to start up at the logon prompt, but is this ticket specific to that or are you requesting any mechanism for automatic start up (e.g. the installer automatically adding a shortcut to the Startup folder in the Start Menu)? These are separate issues.
