NVDA crashes when coming across a table of contents in Microsoft Word

This is a problem that arose when I downloaded 2012.1, 2011.3 does not have this issue and I am using it to keep on working despite this. In 2012.1 whenever I move over a table of contents, my NVDA will freeze and it will cause Microsoft Word to crash. I'll attach a log file (I created the session only to test this so it should hopefully not be too long). Again, this issue is not present in 2011.3 so it's only the newer versions. Aside from this, keep up the good work.

Which version of Word is this?

Maybe if you have a small file that shows the issue you could attach to see if other combinations of word and operating systems gives the same result?
