Pressing insert-control-f3 to Reload Plug-ins Prevents the status Line Hotkey from Working in Outlook 2003

while In Outlook 2003, press insert-ctrl-f3 to reload plug-ins.
Once this is done, the insert-end hotkey to read the status line no longer functions. It either says "blank" or produces the error tone.

In case this information is helpful, I am only using one addon, which is the SpeechHub add-on from www.speechhub.org.

Duplicate of #2892. In short, don't use the reload plugins command for now unless you're aware of the consequences. In any case, it was only ever intended for testing by add-on developers, not for general usage.
