The name of the document object (Document1) already fills the braille display.
In the case of my 40-cell display, only 2 empty cells remain at the end of the display. When you type the first character, the braille display scrolls and the character is not visible anymore until you scroll back.

Just as in Notepad, the document should focus hard left so that the braille display is initially blank and you have to scroll back to see the object name.
