survey.okfn.org or census.okfn.org? clarify links

Something pretty basic needs fixing here, but not 100% sure which way round things are wrong. Currently there's a thing running at http://census.okfn.org . This repo I guess. The README links there, but ... the "website" setting for this repo does not. It's set to http://survey.okfn.org/ which currently can't be reached.

On the site there's a big fat notice at the top mentioning that domains have changed, which is unclear. I think what it means is that some subdomains where specific instances are running, have made a move from census.okfn.org to survey.okfn.org ...yet the main website has not (yet). Am I getting that right?

If so, is there a plan to move (with redirect) the main website from census.okfn.org to survey.okfn.org? Things will be clearer when that happens, but let's just say that this issue is to clarify the readme and top docs notice in the interim. I can suggest specific wording if that's helpful (and if I'm understanding it right)

whatever the reason behind this, the link at the top of this repo home page, survey.okfn.org, is still leading to a 404 as of today.
