Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
I'm always frustrated when wanting to do a quick demo of Opal and have to construct an index.html file and launch a browser separately.

Describe the solution you'd like
I want a switch to our CLI tool: --no-headless which, if a browser (chrome, firefox, safari) runner is selected, would display a window. This would involve changing semantics a little bit, rethink which parts of a headless-chrome platform will be applicable to a headful-chrome etc.
