PMR Workspace window: new workspace hidden

I'm not clear on the exact process of how this occurred but I will try to describe what I think are the events that led to this problem.

1. log into PMR
2. use new workspace button to create new workspace
3. set location to somewhere that cannot be written, in our case 'c:\users\default\documents'
4. Warning /error message appeared stating that we couldn't create a workspace there.
5. Try creating a new workspace in another location that is writable.
6. Still see warning/error message about not being able to create workspace in the previous location.
7. Restarted OpenCOR and workspace created at the second attempt was now visible.

FWIW, I have tried the above steps on Windows 10 and macOS Mojave, and everything is fine, i.e. I am not getting the error in step 6 and the workspace is properly created, as expected.

However, talking with @hsorby, I can see that he got a message in the PMR Workspaces window itself rather than as a dialog box. Personally, I only got a dialog box. Also, the message in the window is when we start OpenCOR (so as not to break the user's workflow upon starting OpenCOR), so I am not quite sure what happened there.
